Project management, client consultation and purchasing of new hardware and software. Developed a help desk and support system to increase customer satisfaction and ensure all support requests were closed within the customers’ expectations.
Network Administrator – Intrawest Corporation
2000 – 2001
Managed and administered the installation, configuration and support of all servers, desktops, laptops and phones. Designed and implemented company intranet, developed security and internet policy, and helped senior management lower information technology costs. Increased uptime of telephony equipment, point of sale systems, and central business systems which helped increase sales and customer experiences.
