Managed and administered the installation, configuration and support of all servers, desktops, laptops and phones. Designed and implemented company intranet, developed security and internet policy, and helped senior management lower information technology costs. Increased uptime of telephony equipment, point­ of ­sale systems, and central business systems which helped increase sales and customer experiences.
